We're working with a small group of pilot clubs during the 2026-27 season, with a wider launch planned for 2027. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you first.
We used Teamer. Can SquadOS help?
Teamer closed on 5 October 2026. SquadOS isn't open yet: we're starting with a small group of pilot clubs this season. Join the waitlist, or apply to be a Founding Club, and we'll be in touch as places open.

Does it replace FA Matchday or the FA Club Portal?
No. SquadOS works alongside the FA's own tools. It handles the week-to-week running of your club — availability, selection, matchday info and welfare admin.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Parents answer from a link in your WhatsApp group: nothing to download, no password to remember.
How much will it cost?
Pricing hasn't been set yet. Founding clubs will hear first.
Is our data safe?
SquadOS is being built for UK GDPR from the ground up, with data held in the UK, no child logins and safeguarding designed in. We'll publish full details before launch.
Is SquadOS connected to The FA?
No. SquadOS is an independent product. It is designed around FA safeguarding guidance but is not affiliated with or endorsed by The FA.
